Looks like the pieces are coming together. Seems couple peeps looking at an earlier run on Sunday. So, if everyone is keen the thoughts are:

• meet at BP Armadale on Albany Hwy which is on the Perth inbound lane not far from Armadale Rd lights at 10:00
• stop at Parkerville or Mundaring Wier Hotels for lunch
• after a full belly decide on afternoon ride but we could do a run back to coast road and down to Freo

(lunch stop is not far from O'Briens Rd if people want another run there)

The coffee run/sprint/dash start point at BP Armadale, good turn out of eager boys being allowed out to play.........

After a warm up run to Mundaring we stopped for a little refreshment at the Mandaring Weir Hotel

OOPS beaza had a little off at Brock corner O'Briens rd. Luckily he wasn't going too fast, Damaged the tank & foot brake master cylinder plus a few scratches. Beaza wasn't hurt but I think his pride may have been somewhat dented.

After a beer/drink a little time to reflect on a lucky escape and count the cost.

Billywhiz has also had a major pooper valve malfunction when he went into a left hand corner that had a drop off and reverse camber, all I heard was a squeel of brakes and before ya could blink hes going sideways and me and the rest of the pack blasting past him.

Terrific ride guys it had it all, Ho calls it a coffee run, didn't see any coffee and the scenery was a blur.

The most important think is that you are OK, you had enough cool head to go stright across that ditch, might have been different story had you gone sideways.
