On my Road King it came with a grease nipple the same as RT shows. Couldn't access it properly (maybe this is why the dealers don't bother greasing them) so I bought a right angle grease nipple. Works a treat. I have checked after a service and I don't think they have touched it, well not sure anyway. So do it myself. Give it a few pumps when I think about it. The grease does work it's way out the bottom in the summer time. Just drops on the bottom T and I wipe the excess off with a rag. Doesn't fall on the front guard. At least I know it's getting plenty of grease.

Sounds like a fair bit of work and a bitch of a job ....I think I will get the dearler to do it...

get a service ,all 3 holes + oil filter ,new spark plugs,  check over  , head stem adjust/lubricate and

a wash for $320.45 sound like a bargain....I can sit in the pub and ride a clean bike home...
