Should I re-run VTune?

    My '08 UC has stock air cleaner and exhaust.  I've generated a map using the TTS VTune and it seems to be fine.

    My question is, I'm going to replace the stock air cleaner with a higher flow model but retain the stock exhaust.  Should I run another VTune after changing out the air cleaner or just stay with the map I've already generated?
