HI guys my first question to the forum , and yep its  probably a dumb one  but no matter,  i am changing the stock grips on my 09 FatBob to HD chrome and Rubber and was just wondering if theres anything tricky to worry about with the RH throttle assembly when i do it,  Have rebuilt my old Norton from ground up changed cables , and god knows what i havent tampered with. .  I dont have a problem pulling it apart and stuffing around until i get it right,  but  a shiny new Harley ? I figure LHS  just loosen the assembly and postion the grip correctly so it locks in , but i am just a bit concerend abouth the twin cables as its something i have not seen before. Any prior advice getting the dealeris not my ideal preference.

    Cheers

Yeah, be carefull not loose the little brass thingy that goes onto the end of the cable, unlike a lot of cables these days the Harley end is not pressed on.

Thanks for the advice guys especially the heads up about the brass end bits, one of the little suckers shot str8 into the air ,lucky i was told as my eyes and ears went str8 into looking for it to land,  found it no probs,  The LH grip was actually alot harder than the right to fit  for some reason,, but all done looks good pics to follow
