    Hey all,

My brother has just found himself a 1997 Heritage Springer....but it has no spark. He will buy it on the proviso that we can get some spark.

He is a fully qualified mechanic so i dont doubt his ability, but we need to track down a wiring diagram to suit.

Obviously, we would rather not  buy a clymers or any other type of manual, but am finding it diffcult to track down anything online.

Any ideas where i might find one for him?

    Cheers,

    Tim

ok the next thing we have come across is a conversion from dual fire to single fire ingnition, like the newer bikes. is this a common conversion and any ideas how it would have been wired up? dont need to reverse it but need to know where to reconnect wires too. i can probably get them to take pics of the offending area if that helps

    Dolphinman here,

am the Dad of the guy with the springer with no spark. It has been converted to single fire ignition and 1/2 dozen wires are left for us to work out where they should go. Also has a black box with Equalizer written on it. Many thanks for those who included a wiring diagram that helped us quite a bit. Just am stumped by the changeover to single fire and where to reconnect the wires to. Also not helping is the fact that the switch blocks are not on the bars at all. If we can just get it to fire we will be happy and able to carry on and finish the work required.......Thanks again,  Dolphinman
