A Vast difference from yesterdays weather in Canberra 11:04am 1.4c when I left for work on the bike.

Got down to 15 here the other morning. Now that is a shock to the system (well mine anyway) Beautiful winters day. 28deg. c

Must have scared a few as there is usually about 6-7 bikes in the car park but the next day it was only me.

You have to realise that when it gets down to 22c here (at night) we wear jumpers!!

 

fat pete , I've been off on compo for the past 11 months with a bad back and I'm on my GRW doing 3 hours a day, can't drive the car more than a few metres before the pain gets worse but at least on the Bike I can actually get to work without any major hassles, so I ride the bike whenever possible. Can't change the weather so i just ride, got caught in the rain the other day and not another bike to be seen on the road. But the downside is that the bike needs a good clean...

Magilla It's funny here, if it's freezing the bike parking is full but any hint of rain and the Bike parking is empty, mind you, if i go up North the hot weather just kills me.
