Ok any feedback would be great and I will try to get to the point. I have on 09 Train and I ordered a Le Pera Silhohette Delux solo and a Silhohette Delux 2 up. When my dealer tried to fit the solo seat it would not go on because apparently it looks like Harley have changed the mounting bracket that the seats mount to. So I ended up cancelling the 2up seat. I contacted Leperra and the answer I recieved is that they have not changed the seat but have Harley changed the bracket. Anyone else having the same problem??
Dont know if they have changed but I just ordered a bare bones solo so I am interested in finding out!!
I called my dealer today and he says that they will be speaking to the rep when he comes in next week so I will let you know.
Got my bare bones the other night and it fits perfectly. The bracket is the same. Looks quite good too. The only thing is the protective tape underneath. Dont know if I wont to leave it there for when I need to refit the 2up or to take it off????
take it off the guard & stick it onto the bottom of the seat?

Ya meant to get seat bolts with the Lapera Seats, they are bigger than the standard ones in the standard seat, ya need to undo the standard ones they reduce the size for the stock seat. Think thats what ya mean lol then screw the Lapera ones straight in
Trying to just place the Lapera over the stock mounting bolts it wont fit.
i ordered a bare bones for my softail and they got me one for an older fatty that didnt fit , after a couple of weeks getting stuffed around i got a HD seat from the catalogue and no dramas
