OK, it's done and up on the mastertune.net site for you all to download. It's on the calibration page. This is ONLY for 2005 and newer bikes. We will see how this goes before we make any decisions about making it for the earlier bikes.

 

Cost is $100.00 USD and it can only be purchased from TTS Inc. direct, it will not be sold though the dealers. This is an upgrade only and can only be used on the bike that the SERT is locked too. No exceptions to the rules.

This upgrade is for those who asked for it. It allows owners of the SERT product that HD no longer will support to upgrade to Mastertune. This gets you all the features that are part of Mastertune. Mastertune already allows you to put O2 calibrations into 2005 and later bikes. We have not run the testing on this but customers have. Some say it works great whlle others say they are having an issue. TTS is not currently doing the testing!

The software download only checks to see if your unit can be upgraded and if so then it generates the necessary information for you to printout and send to us. If you chose not to upgrade it does nothing to your unit and you can keep using the SERT as is.

 

You will need to return the interface and the paperwork generated by the program. Call us and place the order and you will get an RMA# to put on the outside of the box you return to us.

So how did you get notified if the paperwork was lost?

I have a 2005 Anniversary fatboy with a SERT module.

I am interested in the upgrade and you mention that 100% of functions will be available

However on your web site it says

"VTune is a Windows-based easy-to-use VE table tuning tool tailored specifically for use with 2006 and later Delphi-equipped Harley-Davidson® motorcycles that are equipped with O2 sensors."

Does this mean I would have to insert 02 sensors in order for Vtune to work

Any advice would be appareciated

I am in darwin where I do not beliege we have any good SERT tuners

If i dont do the O2 sensor update will the TTS upgrade be of any benefit to me

I notice this is for a 2007 softail so am i right in assuming its basically the same as 2005 softail with the addition of the front and rear o2 sensor which is where the wiring will be added to
