Seems like you lot are getting it pretty tough nowadays. Here in the UK it's fairly simple; basically if the pipe says "not for road use" or "track use only" your nicked, if it doesn't have anything on it then it's up to the Vehicle Inspector to make the decision. For the most part we seem to be able to find places where the examiners are 'deaf' I run a 2 into 1 Santee Fishtail and have had no problems so far, in fact I think i'm more likely to be pulled because of the small rear registration plate. Over here they say standard size plate with 2 lines; it's so the number recognition cameras can get a fix on you easily .... we're one small step from a police state here Phil.... ps. SE pipes are illegal here since Harley got taken to the european court for supplying them; Triumph have pulled back on free flowing pipes also. P.
