What can cause the rpm to increase then decrease at a steady throttle position in fourth gear. What i had was at about 2500 rpm and holding the throttle steady the rpm would increse then decrease about 500 rpm but i still keep then throttle in the same position is this the O2 sensor causing this?

Scotty i'm using the TTS i changed the closed loop Bias Front and Rear to 640 I have done the VE runs and got them set im not sure if its from the version1.32 that has caused it.
