On warmup motor idle is around 1300rpm, as it warms up it drops to 1000rpm. When I pull up at an itersection idle is around 1050 to 1000rpm, varies a little at times. Although it does sound like it is idling a little on the high side. On the twin cam 96 cube what is the lowest idle speed you can run before it effects the charging system or anything else.
