Anyone keen for a ride up on Saturday 31 May ?

Plan is to meet at the Bohle Barn Pub at 8am, ride to Ingham.

Have a look at the show and grab a feed at Lucinder....or where ever.

Head off back to the ville whenever.

Would love to but have had plans for a while now. Can't get out of it.

Will let some other know that might B interested.

Its Saturday the 30th. Forgive me I'm gettin old.

But the show is also on Sunday.

I'll sort it out with my other half Greg,(she's gotta do the shop if I go), and maybe ride up from Proserpine and meet ya at Ingham? I haven't met anyone from "The Forum" yet so it'll be a goodie. I'll be by meself.  I think it's going to be a bit rainy  next weekend,so the weather man says. I've already ridden the rocka in the mud/rain and she loves it! Do you know if camping's available at the show?         And my rocka's blue!!! How unusual

I am pretty casual with which day. If we can get a few together for the sunday that would work. I guess if a call is made by Thursday everyone can arrange themself.

philthy, mate it would be good to catch up, not too sure how the camping works at the show, but a heap of people stay at the showgrounds for the weekend. I'll pm ya my phone number.

I saw a flyer for this only the other day. Bugger, I'm on call this weekend. Unfortunately I'm on call every second weekend so it makes it hard to get runs to fit in.

I can do Thursday but The rest of the weekend is out. Fuck it, lets just meet each day it is on and run up and if U R not there then B square.

Got a few mates coming along, one with his brand new fatboy he picked up today very nice.

While getting fuel near Bris the other day is overheard the mobile drug testing cops saying that they were looking forward to this show too, that was early in the week and thats where they were heading.

Cheers for that Bli, no problems with that on my front. Get tested at work every other month anyway.

Got home ok greg,bit brrrrrrr from Home Hill til Prossy, kept me awake. No roos to give me the poos, too bluddy cool for em. At one stage I was sitting exactly on 100kph,eyes peeled looking for roo's,and went cruising past a parked,flash,Landcruiser radar trap that was set well back from the edge of the road. I started laughing thinking how lucky i was.I was only doing 100 coz of the roo's.     First rain hit me 20k's from home. Scattered showers down here at the moment. I think Sambo might get a wet arse going home tomorrow. He'll be right, it'll stop his slowly leaking back tyre from getting too hot .                     Was it an '88 or '78 Shovel you said you'd like to get (maybe) one day?and what model? Might have some paraphernalia on one.                        

Hi Greg, when are you going to put some pics up for me to have a look at?? or was it tooo wet as usual. I went last year, or the year before and they only had a few bikes, cars and promo girls were good though.

Philthy - good news about getting home ok mate. Good old skippy, looking out for ya mate. Keen to look at a 78 FLH......someday. It was good to catch up mate, We'll have to sort out a ride down your way soon.

Tapey - no pics from me as the missus wouldn't let me have the camera....after last years disgusting pics. Just jokes, she had the camera with her on one of her things she gets up to. You know the type of ride, where the brooms come out of the cupboard....och.

Got a messagel off sambo, he made it ok with no more tyre problems. He has some pics on his camera, so might see some pics yet.

Anyway 8 bikes for the trip, 5 harleys, 1 BMW, 1 Trumpy and a jap crusier. 1 speeding fine for the BMW (about 200m from the meeting point). Free entry into the show for everyone, until philthy went to check on the bikes. Then they stung him for entry. A bloody good feed at Lucinder Hotel and a good ride home. And we got through the rollingstone police road block. They were targeting roadworthy and breatho. As we rolled up a truck just ahead took up the last spot in the line up so we just rolled on through.

Good to see you back Sambo, as you can see from the last time you came to Cairns with Greg and went down to the pub and got drunk and looked at all the babes, i had to leave town...and state. Just kiddin... Put some pics up of your ride as well so i can see what you have done to it now. Sound like Greg needs to get a solo seat??

Nah Tapey, I need the extra seat for all the babes I pull...ah think I might have a look at them thar solo seats on second thoughts.
