Big fucking MASTER lock front and back wheel, brick garage with double locking doors and a good dog.

    Should cover it.

    Hi Lapua

I had a close call just after xmas, catching someone lurking in the shadows around the shed in the middle of the night

I have now got a ABUS chain/ disc lock combo and a heavy duty floor anchor installed

The ABUS chain is looed around the frame then thruogh the anchor, the end of the chain has a heavy duty blade like end, this is inserted into the heavy duty disc lock, which is then put on the front disc

The disc lock has a built in alarm and anti pick type key system.

I won't list the other security measures I have in place, but they won't get in without the alarm going off

Nothing is theif proof, but they will have to work to get the bike.

Peter looks like youhave done your up most I would be the same as you as not saying to much about security as you never know what type of people maybe watching these types of forums ! It's a shame we don't have the same rights/law as the USA  as far as self protection for our home /family from the dark side of life.

Having lived and worked in the US mainly in the south anyone would be just nuts to try and enter another man's home nearly every person I had met carried some type of firearm in the car and every home just about had a gun/guns.

ps for me trip flares work well burn the bloody bastards .... only joking

Yes it true and sad position to be living in .. US does have a history of  shoot em  up  jack (Deadwood) in the 1800's  ....  glad Australia is not that way might be a different story if the poms had not settle this country !! Not saying Australia's past has a clean slate ......
