Hows get to Canungra 8.30 to 9.00 ....and leave after breakfast / coffee / yak yak by 9.45 to 10.00 sound ?
How's the birds/sun thing up the mountain this morning Dave?
Hope you're ok, Shelley. Must have been a bit of a shock to say the least.......
Thanks everyone for an enjoyable ride. I enjoyed it more than usual, musta been the 'pain killers' my 'little' brother gave me.
Hope you had a good birthday, Davo.....you really are old. Those bloody number plates of yours threw me.
Nearly forgot, good to meet you Rowdy, so dave it's true what Patsy said, you are getting quicker, last i heard you where going home to stoke the fire and look you have already posted, just remember theses 3 words Dave, "Nasal Spray Technology", and yes mighty effort from lil Dave, all the way from Too-womb-ba and back again, he said he wants to be just like Dave when he gets to his age, he wants a Deluxe Jules didn't find Rhonda, pretty sure we saw 2 of her brothers dressed as sailors selling tickets at the lunchstop,
great to see everyone again today, especially HIlls and Belinda,
those that only had breaky, you missed a top ride,
good to meet you Rowdy,
damn Shelley, sorry to hear about your down ,
hope you had time to at least tell the dickhead a few choice words ,
kudos to RR for putting in the miles, good to see ya mate ( aka little Dave ),
Those on the ride will know, for the others" Fantasic In The Home", that was it ,wasn't it Jilli something like that anyway.
SO, you Northsiders left me to ride on and take the rain hey? I waited at the on-ramp from the servo for what seemed an eternity, and when I saw a heap of bikes coming up I took off, only to find myself amongst a group of Ulysses riders -AAARRGH! What did you lot do? have dinner there or something? Well I hope it was worthwhile cos I got soaked from about 5 ks before the Gateway Bridge till about the Airport turnoff.
A fitting end to a great day.... the best rides always end up with me getting wet.
Sorry to hear about Shell's misfortune. Good to hear she is Ok though. There are just too many dickheads out there. I had one in a Landcruiser on the M1 who thought he would just change lanes onto me. Don't think they even saw me.
Hope everyone had a great day, especially you, Old Dave, now in your 50th year. Good to meet you Rowdy. And Rocka was awfully quiet - that Dot 4 must have a sedative effect (not to mention the 4hrs sleep).
And it's always great to catch up with the regulars and of course Hils and Belinda.
Looking forward to the next one...........
