Police are investigating the bikie related shooting of two men in Perth's southern suburbs.

Officers responded to reports of shots being fired at a house in Peppworth Place in Jandakot about 4:20pm

Both men are members of the Gypsy Jokers Motorcycle Club.

It is understood one man was shot in the chest and both were taken in the back of a utility to St John of God Hospital in Murdoch.

The men have been transferred to Royal Perth Hospital where they remain in a stable condition.

Police from the Gang Crime Squad have cordoned off the area.
