FatBob, Knee Hitting A/C

Went for a decent ride on the W/end. About 800ks.

After a while i noticed that my knee on the right was starting to get a little uncomfortable, It was resting against the A/C cover and no matter what position i tried sitting on the bike it just got worse as the ride went on.

    1. Has anyone else had this problem?

    2. What has been done to make it a little more comfortable?

I'm thinking of replacing with a heavy breather or Corsair or something that provides adequate clearance.

    Regards

    Lee

    hi lee

my 2 bobs worth, because your 5' 7 if you fit a screaming eagle heavy breather your leg will tuck just behind the breather and you can rest your leg against the tank piss off the standard pegs my right foot wanted to slip off now that was uncomfortable. i'am 6'3 and my leg hits the back of the breather so i have to move my foot out on the peg its my only complaint being 6'3 iwill just have to get used to it everything else is awsome.

    regards swinks

Got a set of Kuryakyn Switch blade pegs on mine
allows ya to drop the leg back a bit and rest on ya heals
but the suckers are getting shorter (they drag a bit on hard turns)
But they are a big improvement on long runs

    Hey Lee

You can flick the switch blades on the run
