If the parents of their dead son can forgive the fella, Does the judge have the right to jail him??? IMO no...
However if he was ever caught drink driving again Max jail no questions asked.

unfortunatly there are so many variables in all accidents including , condition of the cars or bikes , alchohol , family problems , work problems  , driving history ,etc.  it's an emotional minefield out there, i wouldn't like the job of deciding who goes away and who doesn't .  some go away that don't deserve it , and some get away that do deserve it  . thats not going to change .
