I have an 07 fxdwg , it is fitted with an se racetuner , when i got it there was no disc and no leads 4 connection to laptop . When i asked dealership about this they tell me leads and disc dont come with it but i can purchase them at an extra cost , I find this explanation suspect can anyone tell me if this is so or am i being ripped off by the dealer

I have 08 rocker and mate has 07 FXSTC. I fire up after 2 turns of the stroke but mates bike turns over about 5 times. IS this because he doesn't have a tuner. he as stage 1 intake and SE pipes ( I have S&S pipes and stage 1 intake) Would the SERT make this much difference with starting ???

mine has the red button whats the difference between the 2
