Has anyone delt with rollies speed shop in brisbane.

I just got a set of highway pegs sent to me thru peter stevens in dandy, And its missing some bolts

Sales person at PS told me he contacted Rollies and told him it was missing bolts and his reply was bad luck, Tell the customer he lost the bolts and he has to deal with it. FFS what happen'd to customer service.

THE DICKHEAD at rollies is a total fuck wit, They come in a sealed pack  , So im returning them back to PS and he is sending them back as a non complete item.

Some say for 2 bolts go buy some , But i say fuck em they make enough of us "STEALERS"

If anyone knows Greame from Rollies tell him i said he is a COCKSUCKER

I haven't actually purchased anything from Rollies due to the fact that after making initial enquires with them did not feel that the customer service was there. therefore, they did not get the sale. Their loss

Haven't dealt with Greame but they are usually pretty fast and efficient and on the money.
I bought a renegade wheel and they send the wrong sized rotor, it was their fault. I rang em and pulled em up over it an I told them to send a courier to pick up the rotor as I wasn't paying to return it as it was their blunder so the courier arrived that arvo and anew rotor was here next morning.
I just bought a new unpainted tourer front guard of em no probs.

Fuck it ride em mate, I wouldn't expect anyone to cop that sorta shit !

I bought a clutch adjuster rod from them once for an old IH sporty . .ripped me farkn blind!! . . . .ditched them and deal direct with the US now. But yeh arrogant up em self pricks!!

i wonder if they would have treated you like that if they knew your comments on there service would be seen by 1700 + harley owners , me thinks not .

the chances of me dealing with Rollies before this thread was close to zero, after this thread they are zero...customer service is everyhting for a business...fark even a space traveller like myself knows this...

yeah , if someone opened a decent bike shop !!!!!!  with good service , and sensible pricing !!!!  i reckon they would do well .

when i bought my sportie in 07 i asked them and our local dealer for a price and time for delivery on a set of pipes. rollies told me 6-8 weeks, my local dealer said they didnt know as they hadnt been realised in the states yet so probably 3 monthes. i asked my local dealer why rollies could get them faster, they rang them then and their and they had to admit that they were just talking shit. it ended up being 9 monthes before my pipes turned up.
so what would have happened with rollies...
i would have had to put a deposit down before ordering, then wait the 8weeks, then ring them and ask where my pipes are, they would continally stall me (probably twice and i would have been
ropable) then i would have asked for my deposit and they would have refused...
or worse, after the pipes finally arrived and i tried them, the oxygen sensors were in the wrong spot and kept hitting on my motor, it wouldnt work. my local dealer tried them, found the same thing and gave me a full refund,
i have been to rollies a couple of times for a look around and they didnt even acknowledge us,
mind you i wouldnt ever deal with Heavy duty either.
i had a harley on order with my local dealer and he told me "so what its only a deposit" we were looking for a new bike for the other half, he wasnt even interested in listening to what we wanted, just kept trying to push me into some sporty that i was not interested in.

Had dealings with Graeme i agree  with your description completely ,
