    My names Gary and reside in QLD, work in IT.

    New to HD, been into British for years and just picked up a 98 Dyna, with about 10 000 km's on it  and enjoying it immensly.

    A lot more fun than I realised, just need to get to know the different quirks of HD.

    Thanks Guys,

    Front tyre was shitty when I picked it up, rear looked alright but after 10 plus years?

    Changed them and she handles like a dream.

    now playing with rear shocks to try to keep the missus happy.

    Trying to figure out how to remove tappet filter screen plug.

    Hi Cong,
    Welcome to the forums.
    In regards to the lifter screen, go to drop.io/1979fxs and there you'll find a pdf tech tip file on tappet screen cleaning.
    just type drop.io/1979fxs into your browser and click go, don't put www in front of it.
