For anyone interested in getting rid of the poxy leather tank trim , here's what the chrome one looks like .part No.21282-04. The stealer will tell you It wont fit cause the book says it

Can you tell me if the tank panel shown here is on an '09 Fat Bob? Been looking everywhere and all the harley dealerships swear it won't fit.
