Hi there... I lived in Adelaide '93-'03... some nice roads, especially in the hills which is where I lived. Back in perth now. I left here in '81 for couple years and took 22 years to get back!!!!

I ordered my Fatty back in late 2004 (05 model) from PS in Adelaide. I have heard bad stories from one of their Vic stores, but I have always found the Adelaide guys to be most helpfull. Particularly Dean in spare parts and Blair who is the Service Manager. I suspect the mechanics may vary in abillity. They incorrectly fitted one part, admitted it and replaced it free of charge. They relaced another under warranty without issue. Fixed my faulty fuel guage under warranty. They have always treated me well. That's what service is.
You will get good and bad stories in any customer service environment I suppose. See what others have to say.
