VE Tables Maxxed Out?

It seems that many riders now using the TTS System are/will experience maxxing out the VEs during VTune sessions; especially if there are engine mods beyond A/C and Exhaust.  I experienced this previously with a 2-1, and am preparing to start over with a fresh PZ176 map.  I realize that we can increase CI or reduce Injector size in the Constants to accomplish the same thing.

After reading the TTS Tuning Guide, I get the idea that using CI is desirable; but sure would like to hear some discussion on the pros/cons of each, and what is definitely preferred for VTuning while riding.

Also in Section 5.1 of the Tuning Guide, which deals with Maxed out VEs, it states that  after increasing CI 5% and reducing VE tables 5% we should

Rerun the VE table calibration and verify that the peak VE is now under maximum limit.

I'm not sure I fully understand when/how to perform the "rerun".  Anyone care to simplify?

Sorry for the lame questions; but I appreciate all the talent and experience here that's allowing us to increase our knowledge of this exceptional product!

Not Scotty but what we tell people is to use the change by percent adjustment and raise the CI by about 10%. Then go to the VE tables and reduce them by the same 10%. This should get it pretty close to the same as it was in th eprevious calibration for you to start with.
