    old mate I built the sportster for belives hes intitled to the knucklehead I won In QLD, go figure I entered the bike I paid for all the costs getting the bike to Melb and Qld, I designed and built the damn thing!! and the motor was sent to me, but the biggest erk is he belives he made me famous and all the positive things that are happening at the moment are on his merit

    thats my bitch for the day

    hopfully it all pans out well or the world titles are off was going to use the knuck !

    I'd rather have an Old Enemy than an Old Mate like this.

    Follow Roadtrain's advise and get a legal opinion, and then which ever way it goes

    thanks for the support once again guys, getting legal advise this week, I am almost sure Im in the right but its always in the back of ya head that the other guys lawyer thinks diffrent, yeah an man Im tellin you he got a lotta more bike than what he paid for!!!, hopfully I can build the next bike on my own finacial steam, that way I can only be pissed of with me , myself and I

     

    p.s spoke to a mate of mine this morning, he just had a work place accident, where he was pinned between a fork lift and a wall, caused some really bad damage to his leg requiring amediate surgery, while pinned against the wall and having a knee jerk reaction he throw the only thing he had in his reach at the dickhead drivin the fork  his "stripping knife", he is now facing criminal charges of assault with a wepon!!! it shit like this that puts the fear up me

    hopefully it will work out in your favour shifta .... your idea, so u should own it ...

    one question I would have to ask is did this idiot pay for the bike in full prior to the comp or after? If he hadnt then legally it would be urs until the shmuck had paid for it in total ...be interesting to see what the legal twats have to say

    He could have had the bike valued, with the and without the notoriety, then the differance in money is yours, as that will be your "good faith" in it

    Shifta, I really feel for you mate. That "old friend" should be cheering you on and in fact should be offering some financial support to make sure that you take out the world title. I would help a mate out like that if I could.......but that's me.

    thanks fat -boy,yeah that was the biggest kick in the gutz, the fact that he was an old family freind, and it seems to happen alot,  I promote my freinds special ability's, like by buds down at Gworks, I feel hounerd to call such a telented guy like luke a mate!! and I have wasted so much time doing favours for people who dont deserve them, and making rich people richer!

    well thinds are lookin a little more hopfull, I have spoke to some of the promoters and sponsors and the assure me it was a "builders" prize not a "buyers" prize, so backed with there reasurance, Im now confident to do battle!!
