    Scotty I see your running a 103 with a 2 into 1.

What brand and model is the 2 into 1? and

Do you have any heat problems from it, ie: on your upper legs etc?

    Thanks

    Bob:

I'd like to throw my $.02 in by saying after being a big fan of Tru Duals, especially on a bagger, I broke over and purchased a FatCat 2-1.  Have to say the fit/finish/quality was excellent.  And the bike seemed to run pretty well; though I never had it tuned by a professional with a Dyno.

After 2,000 miles, I just couldn't accept the different sound that the 2-1 produced.  Not a bad sound by any means; just a different sound that I never could enjoy.  Even purchased the Quiet Baffle hoping to bring back that "harley" sound I was so accustomed to.  Well, it didn't happen.  But I fully realize sound is so subjective and there are many riders that truly love the 2-1 experience.  One problem I had with the design of the FC was that the rear header sticks out quiet a bit, and when stopped with my feet on the ground my right leg was always touching that rear header.  And my passenger's right boot was always leaving toe marks on the heat shield.

So my recommendation before commiting to any 2-1 would be to listen and pay close attention to a bike that has one.  And if that is the direction your headed, you won't go wrong with the D&D FatCat.

    Hope this helps!
