Though I'm looking for a 1998+ sport, I was wondering what you'd expect to pay for a 883 to 1200 conversion. Also, what would be the difference in bhp, and are there any issues involved , ie; reliability?

So, if I read it correctly, the 883 to 1200 conversion produces a better performing engine than a stock 1200?
Just out of curiosity, I guess the stock 1200 can be further enhanced too. So my next question is, can the 1200 be modified beyond what an 883 can?
Also, I didn't see anything about what it would cost for a bike shop to do the 883-1200 conversion. Can anyone say?
