Anyone know where to go for the best price for Dunlop whitewalls in Sydney?           its time for the first front to be replaced afer 21000 and i think i like the original Dunflop........changed the rear to a Venom X and have only got round 6mnths from mainly 2 up and fairly hard riding  so not impressed and think i will go back to the Dunlop there as well........thanx lads.........

Mate, I was charged $480 for a rear whitewall tyre for my Deluxe. Apparently, the shaft was difficult to get out, hence the exorbitant cost. (Frasers Concord). If I were you, ring the other two stealers in Sydney, get an idea what their prices are. Then ring Wildwest Customs at Penrith. Tell them exactly what tyres you need, and you want a fixed rate to supply and fit, and I reckon he'll be a hundred bucks cheaper..

Hi Hoody, My original Dunlops gave me 12000 rear and 25000 front and could have lasted to 30000, a Metzler rear lasted me 13000 and I now have venoms w/w front & rear....The Metzlers were not as good as the Dunlops for road holding and the Dunlops are not as good as the Venoms in my opinion and they cost me $605.00 fitted at Pablo's tyres in Mulgrave in Victoria and was much cheaper than the stealers who quoted me $100.&&110. p/h fitting charges.. possibly doesn't help you in NSW but indicates better prices are around and not everyone is a rip-off.......

i got metz on the flsti the me880 great in wet and dry good milage so far done a few burn outs though

As far as i know chivo's are no more the shop was burned out last year

and the venoms are crap in the wet
