Roka seriously brother as said your enthusiasm is admired but maybe putting it towards FREE etc would be a good idea.

Guys someone has to say it and unfortunately it is me but Roka, this whole idea of a protest ride is really gonna fall flat on its face. As soon as someone (media etc) asks what the protest is about, it'll be ridiculed along the lines of ' there is no law against people riding Harleys, there are no Harley riders being harrased' (we all know thats bullshit!) but until we can prove otherwise that will be the response you get mark my words.

Mate I have felt the heat of late included being pulled over but until the day comes where I'm with three or four mates and the jacks pull us up and say 'you guys can't ride together, leave now in opposite directions' they can pull me over all they like and I'll be the one pissing myself when hes asking me dumb ass questions and the dude in the done up skyline flys by at 200 and he misses it because he was busy fuckin me around!

Until then my brother I'll be doin what I love most.................RIDING!!!

Nah not at all bucket but I seriously don't think anyones gonna give a flyin fuck, they are just gonna use the typical bullshit like, 'general riders are not being targeted........dribble dribble bullshit' Until we can prove specific examples eg video of a group of us being held at the roadside without cause for a length of time, it'll just fall on deaf ears

We all know of someone who has been targetted because we ride a Harley, but to have evidence is pretty hard.
If it was a real issue, you would think that H.O.G. would be taking some action. Maybe they are behind the scenes. I'm still an International HOG member, but haven't really checked out the local websites to see if this has been raised.
Any active HOG members know if this issue has been raised nationally or on a state level?

Because Hog is a non political organization, we can't really use Hog to do anything.
It has to be outside of Hog.

Yeah Rocka maybe a bit premature to call it a non event, it takes six pages for us Queenslanders to organise a ride normally this may require a bit more planning.
