NSW Attorney-General John Hatzistergos says he expects more national laws to be endorsed today to crack down on bikie gangs.
The nation's attorneys-general met in Canberra on Thursday where they agreed to strengthen asset confiscation laws and increase access to material gathered by telephone intercepts.
Mr Hatzistergos says he expects Corporation Ministers to endorse changes today, which will see persons related to bikie gang activity banned from directorships and secretaryships of companies.
Meanwhile, a 43 year old Rebels bikie will appear in court in Sydney today after police seized a shotgun, stolen vehicles, boats, two snakes and a chameleon lizard during three raids in Sydney.
Detectives investigating outlaw bikie gangs searched three premises at Kurnell, in Sydney's south, on Wednesday.
They also found a small amount of white powder, capsules and chemicals used in the manufacture of amphetamine.
