Just wondering if any of you blokes are using Syn 3 in your Dynas, read an article over the weekend that this oil can be used in engine and gearbox  so was thinking of switching to just one type of oil for the bike.

they recon its good gear , but then again they recon the 96c is perfect out the factory

i put mobil 1 V TWIN in on saturday and im realy imprest , for a bike with high lifts and all the crap that makes noise,  it would be 1/4-1/2 quiter than the enduro oil i had in there , 2200ks old oil

Thanks bacmick, have heard similar stories that the synthetics quieten the engine and gearbox down a lot.

On the next service I was wondering if I should change all the oils and run just the syn3, any imput would be greatly appreciated.

Syn 3 will work in all 3 holes aswell as Mobil 1 V-Twin, Amsoil MC oil and you can use SIN 25 in engine, tranny.

While Syn3 and mobil 1 will work in your tranny and primary, there are specific lubes out there that do the job admirably, and don't cost half as much. If you want to use the specialty synthetic oils, which is regarded as simply the best for your Vtwin, use it for what it was designed, your engine.

I reckon you're just wasting $ if you use it in all 3 holes.
