Does anybody use or have used a LePera Sihouette seat on their bike. If so what are they like comfort wise.

Thanks for your input in advance

I have the Lapera Barbones solo, Mate has the Silhouette or how ever ya spell it seat, its basically the barbones with the pillion part on back. Pretty hard but looks ok like there solo. I would hate to be a female passenger on it though. Sore bones in the wrong spot for sure lol.

Cranky thanks for your input. Do you reckon they are more comfortable than the stock seat.

absoutly no chance. A milk crate would be more comfortable. But they look good.

Yep thats it in one Greg, They look fkin great couldnt get a better looking seat. But with looks the uncomfortable factor kicks in. If i was wacking my bike in show it would have the Lapera on it no doubt at all. But as for riding cant beat the stocker for softness.

Are you getting the "vibe rider" fitted at the same time Wozza? or has RT sold out?

I hate to go against what other people have said...but i dont care...i put a LePera on my Deuce and i think it is way better than the old stock one. It's not as hard on your ass, and it looks better.

I've had my Bare Bones solo with GEL for 3 1/2 years & have done thousands of k's with it, alot of 4 to 8 day runs, no sore ass, It's great.

I've used a Softail Standard seat & think the Bare Bones is better.

Can't comment on the Softail Custom seat, took it off the day I got it.

    Cheers
