Thinking about organising a ride somewhere and staying overnight, possibly camping and am looking for ideas.

I want to do some serious maintenance before hand and we are running out of decent weather so maybe late August / early September, it's quite a few months away but thinking it will allow everyone to sort out bikes / work / family / funds blah blah.

It may be a softcock option but i can provide a car (with petrolcard, thanks work!)  for towing a breakdown / spares / esky / camping shit / etc trailer?

Looking for suggestions about dates, locations etc. Walhalla? lakes entrance? meet up with Sth Oz Krew? the N.S.W. guys might still be talking about Eden!

Making plots to give Winton Supercars every chance in a few weeks. I'd probably need a small tent or swag... that and tools and some clothing would probably all fit into my Holden bag and enable ocky-strapping...

Seeing as Edenhope 2009 goes West, maybe Shovel's tour could go East. Plenty of time to throw up ideas.

We should head down to Morwell's pub first and pick up that lovely old goat from the Black Saturday run. We wouldn't need booze or cigarettes to be cargo'd - she could just breathe in our faces and our cravings would be settled...
