Hi everyone, I have only just discovered this forum thanks to a bloke from Tassie on the US Harley Forum. I currently own a MV Agusta Brutale 910R but I have just been down South to South West Harley to put together a quote for the bike I will be getting early next year. I will be getting the Softail Custom witth about $7,000 worth of accessories...ouch but worth it and what a great bunch of people they are there. I am also looking at getting a custom paint job done as well. I have been given the details of a guy (Hans Kruezer) in QLD do to the job and his work looks great.
Anyway I look forward to talking to you lot on the forum.

AndyK's paint was done by that guy and it looks very nice, it's the yellow sportster tank with the flaming red demon on it (see his avatar).

Can't believe that you have to wait a year for your bike (on the other hand I waited 7 months, but mine is an anninversary model)

Thanks for the welcome evryone, no I don't have to wait that long but I was waiting for my dealer to go to the States so I could see the custom paint jobs from Harley and choose one of those and he is not going there until July so add the delivery time onto that and it would be late this year. But since seeing the paint jobs from Hans Kruezen and talking to him this morning all I have to wait for now is the coin which is well in the works.
Thanks heaps for the welcome, when I get the bike I will post some before and after shots.
Chris, I think you have to sell the bike and buy a boat instead
