I like the Ranger model in Forest Green colour. They also do another colour in Desert Sand cammo.
great looking bike ! love the front end !!!
$20K + ORC for the Ranger, but remember the sidecar wheel is driven as is the rear wheel of the bike. They have reverse gear, and the spare wheel can be used on the sidecar, front, or rear of the bike. Very handy for a tour around Aus (although a slow one)
I spoke to the owner and took a couple of pics of this bike at the Pt Vincent Vintage bike rally (see photo gallery thread). It's only a very new bike and he has done a couple of changes. He has got a K&N Filter in the filter box, and the pipes are aftermarket from America. It sounds pretty good, and not too loud. Normally the spare fits all wheels but not the front apparantly, because of the disc front wheel I believe. The drive to the sidecar is only on certain models, and I don't think this one. After talking to this bloke I found a couple of websites. http://www.sidecartours.com.au/ This bloke has the same 2 models and there are a few interesting links on this site. http://www.russianiron.com/ironforums.htm If you were interested in one of these, this is the place to do your research as well.
