How come these toad eating ants have had 74 years to develope a taste for bufus and only now there will be a way, provided a certain amount of money can be found to complete the research? Lucky these people stumbled upon this theory, they will now be able to find a remedy for the Indian Miner Birds , Fire ants, Those Mexican thingys, Hares ,Wild pigs,foxes,Feral cats, Wild Camels, Carp and maybe Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs

There are no toads around my place and I have a few green tree frogs that live in the garden.

A weak aqua ammonia solution will stop them in about 30 seconds and if they are in your yard the aqua will make the grass green.

I hope they find something that really works as the toads must be creating havoc for the native animals. They were never in Kakadu when I lived there, but they are now, and they are marching south.
