What surprised me about this whole exercise is that they should have worked around the clock. In other cities they would have worked two 12 hour shifts and get the work done much quicker. It must have been frustrating for business that have been affected by this upgrade. Thankfully the name seems to be good choice, not like the stuff up with the new Royal Adelaide Hospital.......if it ever gets built.
