The new ride.
2011 Nightster, 34" mid western bars, 48 seat, forward controls, reflectors removed.
Nice looking ride bertie. Westerns are unusual, but they work well with the look of the bike
luv the colour combination berty, very nice, it looks finished to me, other than perhaps moving the rego holder up near the horn to tidy that up, very nice bike, get on it and enjoy it now (((-:
Thanks, TC, SJ, SIR, Bever for the comments.
Bever, yer not shore what to do with the rego holder, On my old sporty it was bolt down on the frame at the front, down the bottom, but I had to replace it every year, because it get hammered from shit off the front wheel with the K's I do. I have some lens tint spray and was going to give the holder a heavy coat of that to see if it will blend it in a bit. Otherwise, yes I think moving it to the horn maybe the go.
Just put side mount plate on & not sure about look
(i know its illegal) Let me know what you think.
Another angle
I like it. Looks good with the saddle bags on the bike. Thinking of getting a side mount for on my nightster, I had a swing arm mounted one on my 883 low and liked the clean look.
The new Blackline soft tail has the integrated stop/turn/tail lights from the Nightster, Iron and the 48 as well. Saw one at the local dealers today....very nice, old school style.
Here's mine. Before and after.
Only pasted half ya link mate
nice one dlb, i like it (((-;
