very nice condition sportster there roach, is well kept or restored? (((-:
yeah just well kept amd only had 39000ks on it when i bought it coupla months ago
Nice bike, pity there not making the custom sportsters this year
My Brother softyj removed his with a heat gun, send him a message if you haven't done it already. The dealers told me that the superlow would bottom out cause there so low that you couldn't carry a passenger.
G'day, that is a great paint scheme to go with a great bike. Who's the painter you able to pass on the number if its not too much trouble. cheers
Yeh, he removed his on the rear guards but not sure if hes done the front yet. Have you got forward controls on the Superlow, would that fix the clearence issue with the pegs.
Also I noticed your in NSW. Looking at a 2007 883 sportster they got in the shop at Bike Biz, they any good! $11400 delivered to Adelaide. (There hard to get at the moment here). Or would you recommend the new Superlow. cheers
that`s one very nice bike you have there oak (((-;
thanks =D
I got neally everything there from eBay which saved me thousands, if only i remembered the yanks read temp in fahrenheit thought =P
hey! what`s the green thing on the side of the rear head?
its called "Mustang Tripper Solo Seat 76570 Harley Sportster"
Its really comfy and I got the pillion seat as well, it clips on heaps better then the normal seat, basicly The screw that is holding down the solo seat at the moment doesnt change, you just clip the pillion seat into it then screw down the passegner back part and your good to go. So you never have to move the solo seat off to add the pillion seat. I just leave it solo and put the pillion seat in my saddle bag just in case.
Highly recommend the mustang seats
"hey! what`s the green thing on the side of the rear head?"
What green thing?
lol, 5ltfreak, i worked it out!, i`m going what is that? an over heat warning light, but, it`d just a reflection of trees outside. needed coffee then, need it worse now (((-;
Ok here is the solo seat screw
and here is the mount underneath the pillion seat
and what it looks like when you clip it on
yeah they are the part of the detachable sissy bar.
