The wife has gone nuts.

    She is so hooked on riding that she wants a Harley sooner rather than later, so I have been tasked to find a Sportster (in the right colour of course) in a hurry. Cool, that’s tops except, I have no idea on the power difference between an 883 and 1200, how they handle and everything else about them. Trouble is I have never ridden a Sportster before so I have no idea how the Sportster goes. She can’t go for a test ride still on L’s, long wait for a spot for P’s test.
     
    Also need to find her jacket gloves boots and everything else.
     
    I need to hurry she is eyeing off the Bob.

    My wife wont go near it, I have tried to take her for a ride, no go. Rides are me time so its ok with me.

    883's are a great Bike, The 1200 has a lot of power, more than she will ever need.

    My mate has a Delux and his wife rides an 883, she loves it and keeps up with the boys, no worries.

    The Missus loves her 883 an you can always bore the 883 out if she wants more power down the track.
    Plus you get to go for a blat on the sporty when ya feeling fast an twistie, ya can't loose!
