    Gidday All,

    I just got a call from one of the lads. He says there is a ride happening on the 29th March at 10am from the Tea Tree Gully Hotel.

    This Sunday. If I have nothing on I will try to get there. Weather is going to be good as well. Good pub the gully, I used to drink there in the 70's when they had the pool room out the back over the top of the creek and Pints were 30c

    No waiting for the date for that ride. If I have nothing on this Sunday I might drop up to the Gully. That is if an invite is on the table. Next weekend I am away interstate so if you are planning the trip to Oodla Wirra I will have to give that a miss.

    Easter is good for me. The 11th is a Saturday so that is fine by me. The Gully is still a nice pub. Even if it has all the bells and whistles now. At least they kept the facade at the front.

    Politics is like that. However, as far as his involvement, when I found out that it didn't sit right, he seems the sort of bloke who jumps onto a anything that will get him into politics.

    Still on for tomorrow? 0900h at the BP Smithfield. Oodla Wirra does not have fuel. They closed the roadhouse down. Tickera is the place to get fuel for the run back.

    Going to be a very nice day as well. Looking forward to a run as well.
