Can anyone tell me what the Db level is for exhaust  in NSW.  I have looked on the RTA website with no luck.  Also can anyone tell me what the Db level is for the V&H Shortshots, with and without the quiet baffles, and for the V&H Big Radius pipes.  Cheers.

Dont know about V&H, but EPA regs are 94db for a stationary test , and I thinks that Australia wide, but stand to be corrected. (I know 'cause I got done over 2 or 3 weeks ago) I have got SE slips ons and went just over. Were 88db at idle.

hard to believe even SE slip ons go over and they just aint that loud............but i guess it dont bring attention to me from the fuzz......

I've SEII's on my softail and they would definately be over. Had SE fishtails on my '03 Ultra and they measured at 98db stationary @ 2000RPM. That's why I always go to my stealer to get an inspection slip. They know if they tell me to change to stock pipes, I'll only go home and change them over again so they don't bother testing for sound.
