problem with stuff like that is that all bikers get tarred with the same brush and end up paying the consequences one way or another. eg the crap going down in SA

You have to feel sorry for his family no matter what. He must have a mother father brother sister etc. Parents should never have to bury their kids. At 20, he is still a kid.

If I was a betting man I would say he was a drug dealer and he's been caught up in a drug war..

just a shame that all of us who ride bikes will be put under the spotlight by the law

If the cops and government came out and said it was going to crack down on these criminals, I could live with that

but they are going to target anyone who rides a harley, and harrass like hell, becuase of this stuff

If they want to belt each other silly, go out bush and do it out of sight

Who said it was a rival bikie gang, the media?  Look in today's paper another street gang wearing 1% colours, along with this other street gang called notorious.  It's going to blow up, real soon.

Very sad that another human being has lost his life. What is also sad that the government will over react and bring SA style laws.they have got to do something. Remember Viking tavern, its not only the warring clubs that get hurt but innocent by standers. Unfortunately I have little sympathy for the gangs when the cops lower the boom they have only themselves to blame. Unfortunatley I think people like us are going to be caught up in it, as it is hard to tell at first glance sometimes, and no so called new political party is going to change that.

the media can spin it all they want. It doesn't change the facts- a group of people bashed one person to death. dosn't matter who you are or apart of its still a low act for a group to bash one person to death in a public place in front of women and children. even if the person recieving it was the lowest dog, it doesn't justify stooping to the same level.

My view on it that if U upset the wrong people U get the wrong attention. Fuck up and get fucked up.

If you don't do the wrong thing U have nothing to worry about.

I went for a short run today with a few of the crew and we had a highway patrol stare us down for sitting on the correct speed.

Live to ride and ride to live.

It's pretty sad to see such loss of control that leads to a very violent and very public killing of a person, regardless of wether those involved were members
of a motorcycle club or not. The extreme violence is the issue, perhaps?

2 questions for Skidz - what colour helmet do you wear?
and - have you ever met a member of a " motorcycle club " ?

The media goes both ways. It takes on a $$ story but also can be used to lobby as well.

I agree with KiwiDave and some others posting similarly. These clubs can take care of business out of site n mind. To do this at such a public place, is incredibly heinous. Parallels with Melbourne's gangland stuff when it went from being "internal" night time hits to daytime stuff in public. Ruthless.

Who knows what the poor victim was into - suffice to say his family will suffer. One hopes the floodgates of similar retribution won't occur, but who'd bet against them not.

crims will be crims whether they ride a bke or not ..... we would be no less shocked at this outrageous death if no m/c's were involved. nonetheless if m/c's are involved then its a nail in the coffin of free aust party for a start.

Sump, i think all are outraged by what happened , and all are against the rann legislation . the free australian party will need public support to get seats in parliment. If it is seen as a tool of the OMC's and promoted as such by the major polital parties , it may not get the votes it needs. just my 2 censt worth.
