Had the opportunity to head away with some workmates, went up the coast to Wauchope, stayed at the pub in Longflat, then headed up the range on the Oxley to Walcha, then back down Thunderbolts way to Gloucester, before heading for Nabiac & home. Just a lazy 1000 K's & the bike ran like a dream, but damn it needs a better fuel range ...
Poured rain in parts but still got sunburned, go figure.
Would be a good trip for the Sydney group to do, mid week the pub is quiet & beds are easy to get, weekends are a different story.
We should look at making a trip like this a yearly event ... yes ...
