SA members Alchemist will be visiting Adelaide this Sunday the 15th of March and has offerred to do a night time photo shoot with members and their bikes on Sunday night.

Those who have seen Dave's work will appreciate it's a good opportunity to get some professional quality shots taken of you and your bike.  See photo in forum header for a small example.  Here's some other examples:

Those interested let me know by responding to this post.  Also some suggestions for a good night time location would be good.  I initially suggested Glenelg Marina, but any better suggestions would be welcome.

I would have been up for it if I wasn't bloody working, but a suggestion for a spot to shoot the pics could be either at the Lighthouse at the end of Port Road, or somewhere in the back streets of Port Adelaide in a deserted area with one of the big old storage sheds in the back ground. My daughter who is a photographer has done some photo shots down some back streets in the industrial area, under bridges etc and it can look pretty good. Just a thought.

Should be a good night, just unfortunate I won't have my bike over there... will be happy to take some good night shots of multiple and individual bikes, will also be great to catch up and meet the SA crew.

We should arrange a meeting spot, what about the car park outside the Memorial Drive tennis courts, ie just off the corner of War Memorial Drive and King William Street?

Also, Dave not sure where you're staying in Adelaide but I'll PM you my number and we can arrange to meet up and I'll show you the way there.

Reckon I'll be photographed and video'd out by the end of Saturday and takes ages to wash off the ol' fingerprint ink too...

Ok dudes, spoke to Dave and we've arranged to meet at the Memorial Drive car park at 7:30pm, car park is just off the corner of King William and War Memorial Drive on the western side.

There is a possibility of rain in the early evening tomorrow so if you look outside your window at 7pm and it's raining we'll call it off otherwise it's on.

Dave did say he's going to be in town in a couple of months again, so we'll give it another go then.

I was pissed that I couldn't get there for this one today, so maybe the next one I'm not bloody working.

No dramas folks, it was a pity... went for a drive out to Mt Lofty and realised I was in clouds.. bloody photos suck in clouds haha..... spewing... tell ya what, went the backroad up to mt lofty it would be crazy for those with running boards... would love to bring me bike over next to ride over here, not bad country side at all.

Flying out tomorrow arvo about 6pm to NSW for two days then QLD and back to Perth not long after that.... no chance for photos over there either unfortunately, gonna be fairly busy at night.

Next time, we'll definitely get it happening when there's no rain! hopefully I have more than 1 night to spend here !!
