Ok, seems my bike will be here in WA on Saturday the 7th but Customs is holding it hostage for a couple weeks.

Anyways, I need to start collecting things for it.

 

I need Oil for it as it had to be drained for shipment. I want to use Mobil 1 V2 synthetic.

I have checked at a couple local bike shops around here and none carry it.

 

I Need to borrow some "factory" pipes for it to go over the pits.

 

I stopped at the inspection station this week and talked to the head inspector about getting the bike done and what he would be looking at.

He told me not to change my headlight but that I need to cut the power to my marker lights. ( on US bike the front turn signals are lit and get brighter when enguaged like a brake light)

So I need to wait until it gets here and just go through my manual and check out the wiring diagram.

 

The main thing is getting the oil so I can atleast ride it home from the port.

I get mine from there, they will only sell you a box of 6 quart bottles at a time so I usually get 2 boxes.
