The cop has also been investigated for two shootings (one fatal) previously, I am no psycologist but he seems to have a tendancy for violence, why is he still in uniform??  What about the other officer, he did not attempt to stop the assault?

Well the thing is do we know what crime the girl was arrested for......I wonder what kind of shift the copper was having .....I wonder what language the girl was yelling at the coppers before they put her in the cell...all relevent question. However at the end of the day the coppers should have shown far greater restraint when dealing with an under aged person.....I think this cop needs some anger management counselling and a job sitting behind a desk

Why is it that we (the public) break the law, we cop a fine and whine about it, then go out and do it again only to get another fine and whine more, but a policeman fucks up and you want blood, I have seen people on bond after bond for assault, but this guy from this forum of fine upstanding members of the community want him hung, beaten in a room buy many men, sacked, sent to jail and more

her criminal history/record does come into play, I have had a car stolen by 3 lads who 15,15 and 16. my vehicle was the 28th car credited to these kids, when they hit court they had 5 more cars under their names, I was initially pissed off the inconvenience it caused, my insurance covered the replacement but not the $11k I did spent re-painting and reconditioning the engine and gearbox 2 months prior.
I have seen the footage a number of times, as far as the UN-necessary touch up, she was not in her weight group, and very scared when he came at her is evident, he went over the top, and his partner will be marked up for assistance as he done nothing to stop him.

the bottom line, the cop was wrong and will get his comeuppance, his mate, a discipline write up, for her, a fine and good behavior bond, the unfortunate thing that will not improve is the respect for one another, but respect is earnt.
