The Indian just looks like the FTR with batwing & bags added s&s prepared but all I could hear was the announcer , I would have liked to listen to the motors. & see a MotoGP bike in there so can judge how fast they are.

They were doing 1.37 in practice around Laguna. Jorge Lorenzo set a pole time of 1:20.554 on the Yamaha in 2012 on moto gp bike. Superbike is 1.22. So pretty quick for a 250/300kg touring bike

that's not too bad for 2,200cc , J Lorenzo on a 500cc or 1000cc M GP Bike? what speeds did the baggers get up too? also was that Indian a FTR 1200cc? would also be top riders on them too. & stock gearing?

Moto Gp was 1000cc fourstroke then. The top speeds i am unsure of and the Indian was their new liquid cooled 1200 tourer. All bikes had to be factory original tourers not FTR with bags bolted on. Unlimited mods to motors ( even a trask turbo bike with 200hp) could run. Suspension, brakes etc free choice but must maintain the basic look of the original. Gearing open as was tyre choice but street legal tyres. Mostly hired guns to ride them but a few normal riders rode. The rules are loosly based on what my era super bikes were allowed to do

There where restrictions to capacity. Can't remember exactly but Indian was around 107 or whatever it is stock, Harleys could use up to 131 in stock or SS blocks..

Apparently the disparity was due to Indian having the advantage of being water cooled.

Just says Indian could make factory bags for FTR as I had a close look at motor on the Indian it is not the Indian Pushrod motor looks OHC

I don’t know about “slow” but I found this little fella on the road ahead of me near meadows today. He wouldn’t get out the way so I dropped him off at a nearby dam. Bugger thanked me by pissing in my pannier.

There is more than one breed of horse!
If your looking at draught horses, expect them to weigh a bit more than a Shetland pony . but they also pull the weight easier.
you could probably go over your bike yourself look for things you could remove ( it all add's up.)
