I'm with you spook. Goolwa would be a good location. Plenty of great rides and places to see. Accommodation cheap and plentiful

 Having been involved with sailing National Titles for many years , just throwing this out there . If a National meet was a rotational state event , then state members could organise a place for all to attend . WA and TAS are going to be hard to accommodate with travelling ( though I,ve towed a boat to Perth ) , so maybe a Vic , SA , QLD , ACT roster ?
