    Hey Rocket180,

    How does that screen go?

Dont want to take away from some of these great looking bob's but Chriso, did you put a wide glide front tree and fork assembly on or just put the longer tubes on from the wide glide. Those tubes are 2" over the bob ones and I have been thinking about switching over tubes. There looks like there was enough length in the brake lines or did you switch those to.

    Thanks
    Fred

hey Fred, do you remember speaking to me about this at numb nuts, any ways as you can see i ended up going ahead with it, just the tubes mate, brake lines reach.
heap more clearance and no longer scrape.

    Hi NB,

The screen is purely  functional and does deflect alot of wind resistence. I do alot highway  touring riding and when you been on the saddle over 880km ( melbourne to sydney ) your not as tired without it. I know alot of HD riders don't like any form of screen etc, but some times I really push the Fatties around 180-200kph and when your doing that kind of speed you need a little resistence and it really help.

    cheers

Hey bagger bob your wheels look awesome ! Love the full fender!
Question for you, I have the same bags on my fxdf do you get a lot of wind buffeting around $1.30-$1.40?

Um Hillbily  i dont have mags yet or a full fender !! But mags are on order and im still looking for a fender up front that hugs the wheel and is longer , so as to keep the bloody mud and crap off the motor . yes i live in the land of road works .

Answer for you , nar not really but when you get up near  $1.80 fffunk the bloody bike wants to take off  .

With the memphas  shades fairing on,  the long and short rides are a real joy now , but push past $1.50 and yes there is buffiting ,

Hey Chriso, good memory. I have changed over from the Road King to a new FXDF since then and wanted to lift it a little like the RK. Good news about the brake lines, it means just switching the tubes.

Bagger, bit of confusion there by " wheels" I meant your whole bike and full fairing/ Memphis fairing didn't know what to call it but it looks rad! Nice work
